Technical failure

If a photo cannot produce a usable result after the included retries, its reserved restoration is released back to your balance. You can retry later or use it on another photo.

Included adjustment

Each eligible photo includes one adjusted version without another credit deduction.

Refund requests

If you bought restorations and need a monetary refund for unused balance or have a quality concern, contact us with your order or purchase reference. Requests are reviewed manually and refunds return to the original payment method where appropriate.

Credits are not a substitute for refunds

Restoration credits handle normal AI failures; they do not remove your ability to request a legitimate refund.
